Welcome

As a College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences Ambassador, I led tours of the agriculture units, including the dairy, equine, and horticulture units, to prospective students, elementary school classes, and community members.

In October 2021, I had the honor of attending the 94th National FFA Convention & Expo to receive my American FFA Degree.

At Cal Poly, I took the Floral Design I course to foster creativity and further my floral design skills.

I also had the opportunity to take the Dairy Calving Enterprise course at Cal Poly where I got to learn about monitoring, maintenance, and evaluation of close-up cow activity. I got to practice managing newborn calves including with colostrum feeding, navel dipping, vaccination, identification, setting up housing, and animal handling.

As an Escondido FFA Chapter member, I raised four market lambs that I showed at the San Diego County Fair and sold at the junior livestock auction.
